What should my child wear?
To safely participate in our classes, all our female gymnasts will be required to wear a leotard and have their hair tied up. Our male gymnasts should wear a t-shirt and athletic shorts. If your child does not have appropriate clothing, he/she will not be permitted to participate in class that day.
What happens if I need to miss a class?
If you are unable to make a class time, please call or email the gym and let us know. Make-Up classes are available and can be scheduled at the gym, over the phone or online through the Customer Portal. Please do not show up to a class without scheduling a make-up first.
How do I withdraw?
If you wish to withdraw your child from classes, please let the front office know as soon as possible. 30-Day notice is required to drop from all programs. Only emailed or written notice will suffice, please do not simply tell a staff member.
Do I have to stay?
Parents are not required to stay during their child’s class. If you would like to, a viewing area is available in the gym for any parents that would like to stay and watch their little one in class.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
IGG accepts cash, check, Visa cards and Mastercards for tuition.
Open Gym payments must be in cash or check.
Do you offer a trial?
IGG offers one free trial class for new members. This can be scheduled with a staff member or online through the Customer Portal.
Can I change my class time?
Yes! If the time you have chosen no longer fits your schedule, you may request to transfer to a different class time. This can be done online, over email, over the phone or in person.
